2024 Summer Internship Program

We are seeking highly motivated incoming Junior and Senior level college students who are interested in learning about marketing in the live entertainment and music industry, while having the opportunity to experience the exhilaration of 20+ concerts. This internship offers a unique opportunity to take part in grassroots marketing initiatives, social media marketing, sponsorships, and data analysis. As an intern, you will work closely with the Amphitheater’s marketing, sponsorship, and public relations teams to gain insight into what it takes to run a booming new music venue. Interns will focus on designated marketing initiatives during the week and get the opportunity to assist in capturing day-of-show concert footage to be utilized on social media and to fulfill sponsorship deals. Interns will depart with the skills and experience needed to succeed in their future careers in business. Please note this internship is non-paying but eligible for college credits.



  • Incoming Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends 
  • Able to work nights and weekends 
  • Able to dedicate time commuting to assigned territory in CT to conduct grassroots marketing
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate
  • Eagerness to contribute ideas, ask questions, and learn new skills
